Support & Help

Getting started and troubleshooting TabFlow.

Getting started

  • Install TabFlow from the Chrome Web Store.
  • Press Option+T on macOS or Alt+T on Windows to open the palette.
  • Type a keyword to search open tabs, favorites and history. Use the arrow keys to select and Enter to open or switch.
  • Click the star next to any tab to add it to favorites and find it again later.

Shortcut conflicts

If another app or browser setting uses your shortcut, open chrome://extensions/shortcuts (on Chrome) or edge://extensions/shortcuts (on Edge), find TabFlow, and set your preferred key combination.

Troubleshooting

  • Palette does not open on a page: TabFlow works on regular websites. Chrome/Edge internal settings pages and extension stores do not support the in-page palette.
  • After updating the extension, old palette content still appears on open pages: refresh those pages once, or restart the browser after saving your work.
  • Results look unexpected: confirm you are running Chrome 114+ or Microsoft Edge 114+, and try reopening the palette after a page refresh.
